Girls don't (Found poem)
Girls don't do this sort of thing
Cripes and bloods,
Dangers to society,
Protesting her innocence
Underneath Craig Flower Bridge.
That night came crashing down,
A troubled girl
stabbed with a pencil,
A cigarette to the face,
Battered and bleeding.
The sun rose
A body glimmers
As peaceful as can be.
Her Family would never
Hear from her again.
My glasses (Ode poem)
Stylish, cool, useful
Makes my vision crystal clear
Shapes my personality
Gives me a notable trait
Drive, sleep, shower with them on
Saves me from dangers
No need for safety goggles
Converts to sunglasses
When the sun shines
My glasses
Apple Tree (Rhyme poem)
There's a place i'd like to be
Sitting atop an apple tree
It's here I like to pass my time
Thinking about my daily crime
Stealing an apple from this tree
Chowing down as if it's free
Relaxing up top in plain sight
Avoiding an unnecessary fight
My mother sees me with the treat
So i come down shamefully to my defeat.
Up we go (Imagery Poem)
We travel upwards
Higher and higher we rise
White fluff nears closer,
A relaxing subtle breeze
Comes then goes
We swipe the clouds
Dampening our hands
As cold air enters our bodies
We slowly descend
The trip to the sky is over.
